jully ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jully ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jully ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. jully ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Your use of the jully ph Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. jully ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance with applicable AML obligations.
